We invite you to discover the impressive mining town Sewell, located in the heart of the Andes Mountains, 150 kilometers south of Santiago. This city was built in the early 20th century with the aim of housing the workers of El Teniente, the largest underground copper mine in the world. In its colorful wooden houses, more than 15,000 people lived. One of its main characteristics is the absence of streets, being the stairs the only access roads, which is why it is known as the City of Stairs.
